Clémentine Desseaux is an Art Director, Creative Producer and Consultant based in Miami and NYC. She focuses on diversity and representation in Fashion, leading the way for the last 8 years with her 501-c-3 dedicated to women empowerment The All Womxn Project Foundation where she still acts as creative director and ceo.

Clémentine started as a model 13 years ago in France and made her way to the US working for clients like Valentino, Macy’s, Levi’s, H&M, Beautycounter, Fekkai, Eileen Fisher and much more. She’s represented by NEXT in New York City.

She spent 7 years in New York City building her network in the Fashion and Beauty industries mostly. She ran Les Mijotés, a production agency, for 5 years before going solo freelancing since 2020 with Bonjour-Creative. Through her years at Les Mijotés she was the lead art director and producer for all projects including US and European brands and magazines alike.

Clémentine is also a public speaker, she’s especially in demand for themes like women empowerment, diversity and representation in Fashion, as well as business and creativity. She’s a Tedx speaker with two talks under her belt. She spoke at 2 Creative Cultivate events, as well as multiple panels and conferences.

Clémentine is using what she’s learned for the last 13 years working on sets in front of, and behind the camera to bring to life stories and brand identities in the most organic way. She’s deeply connected to every project and a creative yet organized brain to work with.
